The General Overseer of Christ Evangelical Intercessory Fellowship Ministry, Kaduna State, Pastor Yohanna Buru has canvassed castration as punishment for every rapist that is caught in the act.
The human rights activist in Northern Nigeria and president, Peace Revival and Reconciliation Foundation of Nigeria, said this on Thursday at a programme organized by the Child Protection Networks in Nigeria and the United Nations Children’s Emergency Fund in Nigeria, UNICEF, in Kaduna State.
