ABUJA, June 3 Nigeria's Police Service Commission (PSC) says it has shortlisted 338,227 applicants out of the 911,438 who applied to join the Nigeria Police Force.The Chairman of the Commission, Mike Okiro, told a media conference here Thursday that the screening of successful applicants would begin on June 6 in the 36 states of the federation and the Federal Capital Territory.
Okiro explained that 44,661 candidates were shortlisted for cadet Assistant Superintendent of Police (ASP) positions, 87,736 for cadet Inspectors and 205,830 for Police Constables.
